Please use this form to make an initial application for use of an allotment

Please note this application form is not an official tenancy document.
There is no intention to create a legally binding agreement with the Council until the necessary Allotment Tenancy Agreement is signed by you and returned to the Council.
Access is only permitted to the allotments for viewing purposes and for no other reason.

After submitting the form, you will be contacted by an Allotment Officer with a list of vacancies at the site of your choice together with further details of the site. To complete the process you will also be required to complete an application form to fill in for the plot you would like to take; from this a Tenancy Agreement will be drawn up for you to sign. The officer will guide you through this process.

Once the agreement has been completed and returned to the council you will receive a welcome pack containing all the information you require to start work on your plot.
