As part of our continuing commitment to service improvement and supporting customers, we are changing our processes so that all payments will be made by BACS (bank transfer). Using this method will result in the money being available to you earlier and avoiding the inconvenience of having to pay cheques into your bank, then having to wait for them to clear. You will still receive a remittance advice detailing all of the items included in the payment which we would also like to send to your email address.

This change to our service will begin on 01 September 2009.
