The Architectural Consultancy supports the development of Asset Management Plans through the undertaking of detailed property Condition Surveys for schools and corparate buildings. This is done through a dedicated team of Building Surveyors and Building Services Engineers. Findings are recorded in accordance with Department of Environment Transport and Regions (DETR) and the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) and the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) guidance and can be provided in hard copy or electronic format through interrogation of the respective database records.

The Architectural Consultancy also work with the Corporate Asset Management team, the Childrens Service Direcrorate and individual schools in the implementation of work programmes arising from the results of the Condition Surveys.
