The Architectural Consultancy is a division of the Economic Regeneration Agency. It was set up in April 1996 to deliver Architectural Design, Building Maintenance, Quantity Surveying and Construction Procurement services to North East Lincolnshire Council. Originally based in Devonshire House near the centre of Grimsby, it has now relocated to the Athena Building, 5 Saxon Court, off Gilbey Road, near the end of the A180.

Our clients are Council departments, individual schools, public bodies and registered charities.

Services provided are comprehensive and relate to all aspects of Building Construction, Project Design and Procurement, Maintenance and Servicing which includes Architectural Design from inception through design to completion of the project on site; Building and Building Services Maintenance; Planned Maintenance; Condition Surveys and Reports; Feasibility Studies; Public Consultation; Cost Estimates; Quantity Surveying; Project Management and Contract Administration; Life Cycle Costing; Tendering and Procurement of Building Contracts; Energy Management; Asbestos Surveying; Electrical Services Design; Mechanical Services Design; Maintenance of Standing List of Contractors; Building Demolitions; Urban Design; Landscape Schemes and general construction related advice.
