The Architectural Consultancy Facilities Management Team provide direct support to the councils operational portfolios. Managing land and buildings that the council occupies and working towards providing a suitable and responsive environment through innovative estates and facilities studies for North East Lincolnshire Council staff and visitors.

Our principal activities are:

• Managing the buildings the Council occupy,
• Managing property and land the Council have declared as "surplus" (i.e. which used to be occupied by the Council but are currently not in use),
• Implementing relocation projects,
• Managing the Council's allotments.
