The current Business Centre portfolio consists of four managed workspace sites and four 'satellite' sites forming part of the non-operational property portfolio.  All are managed by North East Lincolnshire Councils Economic Regeneration Agency and offer new, fledging and innovative small businesses a wide range of premises from those who require a workshop to those who require high standard office accommodation.

Each centre is ideal for start-up companies and growing businesses seeking a flexible alternative to conventional property leasing.  This approach together with a comprehensive package of business support services has proved extremely successful.

Centre receptions are manned during normal working hours Monday to Friday giving businesses a corporate image and creating that vital good first impression to visitors and potential customers.  A dedicated management team is available to help companies become profitable and enhance their opportunities for job creation.

The Business Centres offer businesses affordable business space with no capital costs. There is no binding lease, no solicitors, legal or surveyors fees, no deposit to pay, just one simple Tenancy ar Will Agreement which can be terminated with one calendar months notice, providing 'easy in - easy out' terms, enabling you to stay in control.  Business Rates are invoiced direct from NELC Business Rates Departments.
