The council will from time to time dispose of land and property surplus to its requirements.
In accordance with legislation and the council's constitution, the council has a requirement to receive the best price for all its property transactions. For disposal at less than best consideration, please refer to the attached protocol or refer to a member of the Valuation, Estates and Markets section.
