These are very challenging times. All councils are having to cut costs but we are keen to make best use of our resources to support all landlords of properties in North East Lincolnshire in doing a good job. We want to enable any landlord with property in North East Lincolnshire to get better access to information, advice and training becuase we know that good quality, safe and healthy private sector rented housing is really important in meeting the housing needs of our area. We also want to hear from you about what is important to you and for you to have an opportunity to comment on changes in policy and practice that affect you.
