Please use this form to apply for House to House Collection Permit House to House Collection Act 1939. Street Collection Permit Section 5 of the Police, Factories etc. (miscellaneous provision) Act 1916 as amended by section 251 and Schedule 29 of the Local Government Act 1972.
There is no charge for the permit.
