The Valuation Section is responsible for the effective management of the commercial property portfolio for the Authority. This consists of:

• 36 factory units at Spencer Street, Cromwell Road, Moss Road and Adam Smith Street,

Management of approximately:

• 250 industrial ground leases at West Marsh, Kiln Lane, South Humberside Industrial Estate, New Clee, King Edward Street, Cleethorpe Road,
• 55 resort properties at Cleethorpes including concessions and commercial leases, but excluding day chalets and Humberston Fitties,
• A small number of retail properties within the Housing Portfolio,
• Rentable Units within 8 Managed Business Centres.
