The current Business Centre portfolio consists of five managed workspace sites and four 'satellite' self contained sites, owned by North East Lincolnshire Council and managed by Balfour Beatty Workplace. They offer new, fledging and innovative businesses a wide range of premises, from those who require a workshop to those who require high standard office accommodation.
Centre receptions are serviced during normal working hours from Monday to Friday, providing businesses with a corporate image and creating that vital good first impression to visitors and potential clients. A dedicated management team is available to help companies become profitable and enhance their opportunities for job creation.
Managing Director of Think Green Project Ltd, Gary Fenwick, said "The Innovation Centre was the obvious choice for us. It gives the flexibility that any new business requires along with the excellent facilities that would normally be unavailable to many start-ups".
Some centres also offer a Virtual Business Package which provides businesses with a professional image without the need for specific office space.
