Council Business Premises to Let
The Valuation and Estates Management Section is responsible for the effective management of the commercial property portfolio for the Authority. This consists of:
- 36 factory units at Spencer Street, Cromwell Road, Moss Road and Adam Smith Street, all available at flexible lease terms
- Resort properties and seafront concessions at Cleethorpes
- Rentable Units within 10 managed business centres
The section is also responsible for the management of:
- approximately 250 industrial ground leases at West Marsh, Kiln Lane, South Humberside Industrial Estate, New Clee, King Edward Street, Cleethorpe Road
- Humberston Fitties Chalet Park consisting of around 320 ground leases for chalets
- a number of markets within the authority
- approximately 1,800 council allotment plots
