Located on Europarc near the A180, the serviced reception, restaurant, impressive conference and meeting room facilities provide a welcoming and professional environment.
There are 7 offices ranging from 21.5m2 to 116.1m2 with prices starting from £357.54 per month. These are available on flexible and easy to understand tenancy agreements.

Humber Seafood Institute provides modern, high standard meeting and conferencing facilities with the capacity to host business meetings and events for up to 100 delegates. With three rooms to choose from, air conditioning and our own dedicated on-site caterer, we have something to suit your conferencing needs.
