Patrol staff are fully licensed dog handlers and are accompanied by one of our trained patrol dogs. They are in constant radio contact with the Control Room enabling an immediate response to alarms.
All patrols are verified using an electronic reader which records the areas visited and precise times. This is downloaded each day and can be used for insurance purposes. If required, this information can be emailed directly to the client, offering the reassurance that service level agreements are adhered to.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure all information held by Security Services is up to date including:
- Key holder details
- Lock changes
- Door and keypad code changes
- Building works
- Anything which may threaten the health and safety of patrol staff
To ensure a full and flexible service is maintained Security Services may at times engage the use of sub-contractors when undertaking short term or short notice static guarding duties. In these cases only fully licensed staff will be used. All sub-contract staff will be managed and monitored by Security Services and will work to our guidelines and procedures.
