Specialist Property Services

Specialist Property Services provided by North East Lincolnshire Council are currently grouped within the Economic Regeneration Agency. The range of services provided are detailed below. To find out more information follow the links on this page.

Valuation
This section produces all the property valuations for the Council.  It also leases and manages all the Council's industrial property, managed business centres and markets.

Facilities Management
The facilities management section manages the day-to-day running of the Council's property including allotments and surplus property (excluding schools and Council houses).

Architectural Consultancy
The Architextural Consultancy provides the full range of property design, quantity surveying, building surveying and maintenance services.
