The Procurement Alliance North & North East Lincolnshire (PANNEL) is a team of professional procurement advisors employed by both North East and North Lincolnshire Councils.

Procurement

The Procurement Alliance North & North East Lincolnshire (PANNEL) is a team of professional procurement advisors employed by both North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire Councils. The team work together to procure (buy, rent and lease) products and services for both councils.

E- procurement portal

The SCMS e-procurement portal is no longer being used by authorities in Yorkshire and Humber.

SCMS has been replaced by a new e-procurement system called YORtender hosted by Due North. The site went live on 1st January 2013.

You can access YORtender now to register supplier details. Please try to avoid duplicate supplier registrations wherever possible. One supplier profile can have up to five individual users registered against it.

Registration to the YORtender system is free of charge.

It is extremely important that suppliers ensure they register on the YORtender system in order to access tender opportunities from Yorkshire and Humber Authorities.

If you have any queries relating to the system, please contact the Commissioning and Delivery team on 01472 323018.

Benefits of working together

  • Increased buying power means increased value for money
  • Sharing of ideas and knowledge across the councils
  • Greater procurement expertise and skills
