AREAS COVERED BY NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE REGISTRATION DISTRICT
Ashby-cum-Fenby, Aylesby, Barnoldby-le-Beck, Beelsby, Bradley, Brigsley, Cleethorpes, East Ravendale, Great Coates, Habrough, Hatcliffe, Hawerby-cum-Beesby, Healing, Humberston, Immingham, Irby, Laceby, Stallingborough, New Waltham, Waltham, West Ravendale and Wold Newton.
WHAT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED?
For a replacement Birth Certificate the following information is required.
Full name and surname, Date of birth, Both parents names including mother's maiden surname if married at the time of the birth.
For a replacement Death Certificate the following information is required.
Full name and surname of the deceased, Occupation, Home address, Date of death, Place of Death with full address or name of hospital, Date of birth or age at death, and in the case of a married woman, the name and surname of her husband.
For a replacement Marriage Certificate the following information is required.
Gentleman's full name and surname, Woman's full name and surname prior to the marriage, along with any other surname(s) used before this marriage, Date of marriage, Place of marriage, including the name of the building, church or register office, and the locality/address.
PASSPORTS & EMPLOYMENT
Please note that if you require a birth certificate for the purposes of a passport application or employment we advise that you obtain a standard certificate. If you were born after 1982 you will have to provide a standard certificate for these purposes.
FEES
Replacement Short Birth Certificates - Fee of £5.50
Replacement Standard Birth Certificates - Fee of £7.00
Replacement Marriage/Death Certificates - Fee of £7.00
Payment - we can at this time only accept cash, cheques or postal orders as payment for the above certificates. Currenlty we do not have the facility to accept payment for certificates over the telephone with a debit or credit card. Any cheques or postal orders should be made payable to: NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL or NELC.
Regrettably, we cannot supply certificates for births, deaths and marriages which did not take place within the registration district of North East Lincolnshire.
