Race Equality Scheme - How we will tell our staff and our community about our Plans, Activities and Progress
Our Staff
We will use the Chief Executive's newsletter and the intranet to inform staff of our plans and activities. We recognise that not all staff have access to information electronically but systems are in place to provide hard copies for those without such access.
Our Community
We will report performance against our plans and targets annually through the Best Value Performance Plan and, where appropriate, the community newspaper.
We will also use the local media to publicise our progress.
