| Adequate provision for parking must be made to avoid congestion on access roads.
On-site parking is preferred but this needs to be effectively managed.
Any directional signs should be obtained from the Highways Department.
The proposed car parking area should be indicated on the site plan together with full details of how the parking of the vehicles is to be managed.
