The safety of  the general public,   and car park management within an event site,  is the responsibility of the organisers.

Sufficient properly trained and equipped stewards and attendants must be provided in easily identifiable, reflective clothing.

You must ensure that all arrangements you make, including emergency  procedures, meet the needs of disabled persons.

You will also be required to ensure that there are adequate toilet facilities for both able bodied and disabled persons for the amount of people attending the event.

The event organiser should ensure that the site is checked for litter and cleaned both during the event, and at the end of each day.  All debris must be removed from the site on conclusion of the event.
