Byelaws
Byelaws are local laws which have been made by a local authority and approved by a Secretary of State of the Government.
North East Lincolnshire Council has made a number of Byelaws and continues to enforce some which were made by the former Boroughs of Cleethorpes and Great Grimsby and Humberside County Council.
