The Children's Trust brings together all partners serving children, young people and families in North East Lincolnshire to make a commitment to them to deliver health, social care and education services using the Every Child Matters Framework. Partners in the Children's Trust include the Local Authority, Schools, National Health Service, the Police and the Voluntary and Community Sector. This incorporates planning, financing, purchasing and delivering services either through an actual or virtual environment.
