Climate Change Consultation

Climate Change is an issue that impacts on everyday life in a number of ways. 
The way we heat our home, the electricity we use and how we get about, all have an impact on climate change. 
The effects of the changing seasons and increasing periods of prolonged rainfall have impacts on a range of Council services, from street cleansing and parks management to green waste collections and flood management. 
To respond to the threats of climate change, there is a need for the Council to work with residents to firstly minimise climate change emissions, and secondly to adapt to a changing climate.

The purpose of this survey is for the Council to understand local attitudes to climate change.

The results will be used to design services and develop ways in how the Council and residents can work together to tackle the issue of climate change.
