• Benefit fraud - Can you tell who is the cheat? The thief? The corrupt? We can't, without your help, so tell us!

Waste and Recycling

• Lost, damaged and missed rubbish bins and recycling boxes - Report damaged, lost or missing bins and recycling boxes.
• Litter bins and Dog bins - Have you seen a problem with a bin, or one that needs emptying? Lack of bins? Request a new one here!

Maintenance of Public Spaces 

• Grounds Maintenance issues - Report instances of vandalism to council buildings, problems with grass verges, issues with school grounds, public rights of way, adopted and/or council land, locked and unlocked parks and the cemetery grounds.
• Litter bins and Dog bins - Have you seen a problem with a bin, or one that needs emptying? Lack of bins? Request a new one here!
• Footpaths - Let us know if you come across footpaths where block paving or slabs are lifting, kerbstones coming loose or potholes.
• Graffiti - Report the illegal or unauthorised defacing of a building or wall by spray painting or otherwise marking it with words, pictures or symbols. Graffiti is an illegal, anti-social activity which creates a negative impression of the area.

Streets and Roads

• Abandoned Vehicles - Have you come across an abandoned vehicle?
• Street Lighting - Has a street light gone out? Bollards not working? Road signs damaged or faulty?
• Traffic Signals - Report problems with traffic lights and pedestrian lights.
• Road Problems - Report faded road markings, potholes, manholes or gullies that are causing problems.
• Street furniture problems - Report vandalised or damaged street name plates, missing seats and benches, or missing bollards.
• Footpaths - Let us know if you come across footpaths where block paving or slabs are lifting, kerbstones coming loose or potholes.
• Hackney Carriage Complaint - Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Vehicle Proprietors/Drivers/Operators Complaints

 Community Issues

• Anti Social Behaviour Problems - Report behaviour that causes harassment, alarm or distress.
• Empty Properties - Do you want to report an empty property? Found a property boarded up or vandalised?
• Fumes Nuisance Record  - Record incidents which give rise to problems in your household
• Smoke or smells - Are you regularly pestered by smoke or smells? Monitor these nuisances for two weeks before sending the form off, by saving it online!
