The evidence that will be required over the course of the preparation of the various documents that make up the Local Development Framework will vary depending on the content and purpose of each document.
The Council has assembled what it considers to be a robust evidence base on which it has prepared the Local Development Framework documents. It should be noted that the documents contained in the following pages may have been updated during the preparation process of each of the Local Development Framework documents. The Council will indicate which documents have been used at which stage of the preparation process.
In order to provide some clarity to this list of documents they have been organised into general topic areas. It should be noted that although some of these documents may not exactly match their topic area, they have been organised in this way for simplicity.
