A joint Housing Needs and Market Assessment (HNMA) was carried out in 2006.
The assessment was commissioned jointly with North Lincolnshire Council but was made available on a local authority basis. This approach enabled the Council to understand the housing needs and dynamics of the housing market in the area and sub-region, and to compare contextual and market information regionally and nationally.
The assessment was reviewed in 2008 and again in 2010.
