At a meeting of the Cabinet committee on 11 June 2012 the Council resolved to cease preparation of its Local Development Framework and move to prepare a New Local Plan. Work completed on the Local Development Framework documents to date will not be wasted and will be retained and rolled forward (subject to review) into the New Local Plan.
