North East Lincolnshire Council provides around 450 different services to 158,000 residents in the borough. The organisation is run by a Corporate Management Team, comprising the Chief Executive, Tony Hunter, and the executive directors of the council’s different directorates. Working with the Chief Executive is the Deputy Chief Executive, Liz Jones.
The Corporate Management Team itself works alongside the council’s political leadership, which comprises a Leader, Deputy Leader and Cabinet – the decisions of which are all overseen by a number of Scrutiny Committees and Full Council.
