Please find attached the latest newsletter from EMAS UK, with resources and teaching ideas for supporting EAL learners. EMAS UK is a subscription-based, online resource.
The service is accessed by password and has been demonstrated at the last couple of EAL Network meetings. It provides a range of multi-lingual resources, arranged by language and topic, as well as interactive spoken and written translations.
The resource has been used in a number of schools in a range of contexts, from directly supporting learners in class to translating letters for parents and helping to facilitate meetings with EAL parents.
