Look after your staff’s health online for free!
Schools are being encouraged to look at the benefits a healthy workplace can bring to their workplace. North East Lincolnshire's Healthy Workplace Programme is an initiative aimed at improving the health of the working age population in the area. At the heart of the free programme is a website that employers can sign up to quickly and easily giving you access to a range of useful resources, tools and support
The Health in the Workplace Team have also created a free interactive online health and well being tool that staff members can sign up to for information and advice on a wide variety of health topics from relationships, to tips on minimising stress at work. There is also plenty of information on local activities in NE Lincs you could get involved in!!
The award winning wellbeing tool has been developed in conjunction with Leeds Metropolitan University and can be accessed for FREE by registering as a member of staff at www.nelhwp.co.uk
