The Specialist Health Promotion Service (SHPS) is part of the Community Services Directorate in North East Lincolnshire Council. The Service works in partnership to develop initiatives and projects designed to improve health whilst also considering the impact of environmental, social, psychological, and economic and lifestyle factors.
