Asset Management Plan: The administration of the Capital Improvement Programme for all schools within North East Lincolnshire. This covers improvements in condition, suitability and sufficiency of schools.
School Organisation Plan: The management of the supply and demand of school places. The calculation of school capacity and general organisation issues.
