Adult Education Service - Getting Advice & Information

To help you make the right choices our service ensures that information is available on all of the education opportunities it provides. This information can be accessed through your local Adult Community Learning Centres where our friendly and experienced staff are on hand to provide guidance and support. Contact can also be made by telephone although are lines may be busy. Should you leave a message on our answer machines we aim to call you back within 48 hours.

  • Refugee Access provides information on legal issues, education, housing, funding and using ICT as well as employment in the region.

The Adult Community Learning Service recognises and values the diversity of the community it aims to support and encourage where practicable an integrated rather than segregated policy with regard to delivery. It aims to provide the widest possible access to those individuals who seek to benefit from educational activities and strives to reduce barriers to those with additional needs.
