"Building Schools for the Future (BSF) offers the opportunity to reform and redesign the pattern of secondary education provision for the 21st Century".
The Future of Learning in North East Lincolnshire
North East Lincolnshire Council is preparing the Authority and our schools for the biggest ever single investment in the Borough through the Government's Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme.
BSF is a once in a lifetime opportunity for developping a 21st century secondary estate which will support the transformation of teaching and learning. It will provide nearly £140 million to rebuild or redevelop all secondary and special schools in North East Lincolnshire.
In North East Lincolnshire BSF will see the rebuild of Whitgift, Cambridge Park, Lindsey and St Andrew's College (the new Joint Church School which will replace St Mary's and Matthew Humberstone) and the refurbishment of Healing, Humberston, Tollbar. Humberston Park and the Pupil Referral Unit.
The Council are asking the local community, children, young people and other stakeholders to help them shape the future of their schools.
