Appeals Form and Guidance Notes
If you are unsuccessful for a placement in a community school, then the Local Authority will offer you the right to appeal this decision. Details of how to apply are detailed below.
If you are unsuccessful for a placement for a Foundation, Voluntary Aided or Academy school, you will need to contact the individual school via telephone or website to be made aware of their appeal arrangements.
