Co-ordinated Admission Arrangements
If your child is in one of the following groups at present then your child will be going through the Co-ordinated Admission Arrangements. This is where the Local Authority co-ordinates the transfer of children from one stage of education to the next, as detailed below:
Transfer of Pupils from Primary to Secondary School
If your child is presently in Year 6, then please read the following information:
Note: With effect from 8 September 2008 secondary aged pupils (11 to 16) resident in North East Lincolnshire, who are entitled to free school meals; or whose parents/carers are in receipt of their Maximum level of Working tax credit, and attend one of their 3 nearest qualifying schools (above 2 miles, but less than 6 miles) will be entitled to transport assistance. Transfer of Pupils from Infant to Junior School
If your child is presently in Year 2 and in a North East Lincolnshire Infants School, then please read the following information:

If your child was born between 1 September 2003 and 31 August 2004, your child will be starting school for the first time in the next academic year. Please read the following information:

If you have lost or not received your Common Application Form please find below blank forms, you can print off or save on your computer and submit via email.
If you have a child that falls into one of the following categories, we have provided guidelines on how to apply for schools together with the forms you will need to complete to apply:
