The School Improvement Plan highlights the need to develop the imagination and creativity of year 3 and year 4 children specifically in their writing skills.

Will children who are reluctant to write be stimulated into imaginative writing through the use of drama and story making?

Methodology

Following a tried and tested method of  developing a story, the children will be encouraged to write a story board, drawing the pictures for each step, and then act out their story in groups to the rest of the class.
