Application Tracker
The Application Tracker enables you to monitor the progress of planning applications to date. Applications are listed by date received within each ward.
Applications Register
The Applications Register displays lists of planning applications including all plans recently received and decided. You can also view appeal information as well.
To view full details of any application, including documents, please click on the relevant application number within any of the lists.
To comment on any undecided applications please use the link to the electronic form within the full details.
Please note these information lists are dynamic and when an application is either registered as valid or has a decision made they will be updated automatically.
Under normal circumstances the scanned details of new planning applications and decisions will be able to be viewed within three working days of the decision date or the date of receipt of a valid application. If details are not available you may wish to try a few days later or alternatively you will be able to view the application and associated documents at the Customer Access Points, Civic Offices, Knoll Street, Cleethorpes during normal office hours.
Conditions & Reasons Register
The Conditions and Reasons Register allows you to view the conditions of approval and reasons for refusal on applications. Please note that this register is updated on a weekly basis
