Welcome to the Planning and Development Management Services home page.

Here at North East Lincolnshire Council, we receive and process approximately 1,500 planning applications every year, overseeing proposals ranging from minor home alterations to major new retail and business developments.

*** Important News*** The Planning Department (Development Management Services) have moved offices.

Please note that we are not able to receive members of the public at these offices & all enquiries should be directed in the first instance to one of our Customer Access Points at Cleethorpes, Grimsby or Immingham.
