Spatial Futures and Intelligence
The Spatial Futures and Intelligence department provides the spatial element of the planning service delivered by North East Lincolnshire Council and is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the development plan system. The department is made up of two distinct yet intertwined teams Spatial Futures and Spatial Intelligence.
The Spatial Futures team is responsible for the preparation of the North East Lincolnshire Local Development Framework, whilst the Spatial Intelligence team undertakes the research and monitoring arm of the work.
