North East Lincolnshire Local Plan Adopted 24 November 2003
The North East Lincolnshire Local Plan was adopted on the 24 November 2003, following the completion of the required consultation and Inquiry processes.
Saved Policies
The Secretary of State wrote to us on 17th September 2007 to tell us which policies we could save. The Secretary of States Direction letter can be found at the link below, including the Schedule of Saved Policies.

With effect from 27th September 2007, any Local Plan policies which are not listed in the Schedule of Saved Policies will expire.

£65.60 non-residents/commercial (including postage)
£17.60 residents/commercial with a postal address in the Borough (including postage)
CD
£22 non-residents/commercial (including postage)
£12 residents/commercial with a postal address in the Borough (including postage)
The plan can also be viewed free of charge at the Council offices in Grimsby, Immingham and Cleethorpes or at the Council's libraries.

Humberside Structure Plan
The policies in the Humberside Structure Plan expired on the 27th September 2007. This document is only being retained on the Council website as an historical document.
