Housing Needs and Market Assessment 2006

In 2006 North East Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council employed Outside Research and Development to carry out a joint Housing Needs and Market Assessment.

The purpose of the report is to provide comparable information and knowledge on a wider area than a traditional individual Local Authority boundary approach.  The over-riding priority being that the assessment would ensure each Local Authority is able to understand the housing needs and the dunamics of the housing market in the area and sub region, and able to compare contextual and market information regaionally and nationally.
