Annual Monitoring Report
The process of reviewing and monitoring the Local Development Documents is crucial to the successful delivery of the spatial vision and objectives of the Local Development Framework.
The Council is required to produce an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) to asses:
- The implementation of the Local Development Scheme; and
- The extent to which policies in Local Development Documents (LDDs) are being achieved.
The AMR is based on the period 1st April to 31st March and must be submitted to the Secretary of State no later than the end of the following December.
The Council submitted their AMR for 2007 to the Secretary of State on the 10th December 2007 a copy of the AMR 2007 can be viewed using the following link:
