Online Consultation
The Council has introduced of a new and exciting way to get involved in Shaping the Future of North East Lincolnshire.
This new Web based consultation package allows you to not only make online comments (representations) on a document as a whole but also on specific points within a document. You can also see that your comments have been received, view comments made by other consultees and track the outcomes of those comments.
In order to make a comment using this online system you need to register your details. This is a one time registration and you will receive an email confirming your registration and giving details of your user name and password. This is automatically generated by the sytem and will come via Limehouse Software who power the system for the Council.
Some of the benefits of registering and making representations online include:
- Update personal details instantly, such as change of address or email.
- Specify preference - how any future contact should be made regarding document updates or mail shots.
- Save time - view documents/representations online.
- Optional instant updates of new drafts available for consultation.
- Environmental - electronic systems save paper.
- Ability to view other consultees' representations once they have been processed by the council.
- Search - to view other representations on different items within a particular document.
