Retail and Leisure Study 2005

North East Lincolnshire Council in partnership with Yorkshire Forward commissioned GVA Grimley to carry out an independent Retail and Leisure Study.  The following reports are the result of this work.

The Council has agreed that the evidence and analysis on retail and leisure set out in the report be adopted as a background document.  The Council also recognises that key issues and recommendations set out in the report be considered through the preparation of Local Development Documents.  Full details of the decision can be viewed in the extract from the Cabinet Decision document below.
