NEW HOUSEHOLDER'S APPEAL SERVICE - 6th April 2009

The Planning Inspectorate have introduced a new "Householder Appeal Service" which will provide an expedited procedure for householder appeals which proceed on the basis of written representation. This service will be suitable for appeals against refusals on householder applications. To view more information relating to this, click on this link to the Planning Inspectorate.

Here at North East Lincolnshire Council, we receive and process approximately 1,500 planning applications every year, overseeing proposals ranging from minor home alterations to major new retail and business developments.
