Steve Davidson, BA, Dip.TP, MRTPI
Team Leader Spatial Intelligence
Steve is the team leader and has worked in local government
planning since 1975 - starting his career with Grimsby Borough
Council 1975 and, following local government reorganisation in
1996, with North East Lincolnshire Council. He has experience in
Development Control, Planning Enforcement, Local Plans, IT Support
and Planning Monitoring and Research. Prior to joining local
government, Steve worked for 10 years in the construction industry
and therefore has experience of both sides of the development
process.
Lara Hattle, BA (Hons) Business Management
Spatial Intelligence Officer
Lara has a degree In Business Management and worked principally
within the finance sector before joining the Council as a Senior
Researcher.
Ray Church, BSc (Countryside Management), MSc (Environmental
Policy and Management)
Spatial Intelligence Officer
Ray has served in the Grimsby District Valuer's Office, both
inspecting property for Rating valuing purposes and providing
administrative support to Revenue and Compensation Casework. He has
also worked as a planning Compliance Officer and as LLPG Officer.
As well as construction industry experience he also served for
twelve years in the trenches of the Planning System as a Parish
Councillor.
Damian Fernie, HND (Business & Finance), Address Intelligence
Officer
Damian joined the Team on 27 May 2008 coming from a broad
business background in the private and public sectors. The
AIO's role is to record every property and land site within
the authority against correct information such as street name,
property number, mapping coordinates, etc. and allocate them unique
property reference numbers (UPRNs). This information is used to
maintain the Local and National Land and Property Gazetteer using
various IT systems in accordance with E-government directives. The
postholder also deals with the statutory Street Naming and
Numbering service for the Council.
