Submit a new planning application
Please note that the Council will only accept application forms and plans submitted in a PDF format. Also please ensure that the plan size (A4, A0 etc.) is indicated on the PDF.
North East Lincolnshire Council encourages the submission of applications electronically to the Council's Planning Department via the link above to the Planning Portal. The site allows you to complete an on-line application form, buy site location plans, attach drawings and to make your application electronically.
You can still submit applications by post. Completed forms and plans should be sent back with the appropriate fee, to: The Planning Department, Origin Two, Origin Way, Europarc, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN37 9TZ.
New Permitted Development legislation comes into force from 1st October 2008
From the 1st October 2008 the Government will be introducing changes to the Permitted Development legislation which may affect the need for planning permission. Further details on what this may mean with regard to the need for planning applications can be found via this external link to the Planning Portal.
