- Conservation Areas and Trees - North East Lincolnshire has 14 Conservation Areas. The questions contained in the leaflet are those commonly asked of the Trees and Woodlands Officer of the Council and may help you to answer your own questions.
- Protected Trees: A Guide to Tree Preservation Procedures- This leaflet is written for the benefit of tree owners, the general public and amenity groups and answers some of the common questions about tree preservation procedures. It is for guidance only.
- If you want to request information about a tree to see if it has a tree preservation order, or know of an existing tree preservation order and want more information about it, please use our electronic request form.

- Application to Carry Out Work to Trees (on-line form) TO BE MADE LIVE SOON - The application form must be printed off and signed.
- PDF Version of Application Form- The application form must be printed off and signed. For your guidance there are Works to Protected Trees Notes which can be printed off to help with filling in the application form.
