What should I do if I have complaints about the school which my child attends?

The first point of contact should be the school and usually the Headteacher. Members of the governing body can also be approached. If these approaches are unsuccessful then it is possible to write a formal letter of complaint to the above address. However, this should only be done when all other avenues have been exhausted.
